With a career built on grit, resilience, and a sharp human-centered approach, she’s not just about ideas—she executes:

• Spent over two decades at Cisco, leading initiatives that shaped the experiences of 70,000 employees

• Launched over 120 programs annually at Cisco with an impressive 80% adoption rate across organizations

• Coaches and develops women globally—including at the United Nations—helping them step into leadership with confidence and purpose

• Bridges the gap between strategy and real-world impact making her a catalyst for meaningful change

Charissa has also played pivotal leadership roles in her community, serving as President of the NMHS PTSA and treasurer for the Newark Community Scholarship Fund to championed student success.

Charissa has a master’s in organizational leadership from Arizona State University and is certified in PROSCI, OKRs, and Executive Coaching.

Her passion is supporting small businesses with 1:1 and community coaching.
